Despite being OnePlus' first foldable phone, the OnePlus Open set a single-day sales record in North America and India in 2023 in a very short period of time. OnePlus President and Chief Operating Officer Kinder Liu officially announced the news on X (Twitter).

According to an official post, the single-day sales record in North America in 2023 was set on the OnePlus official website, while in India it was set on Amazon.
In fact, even before the release, OnePlus CEO and Oppo Vice President Pete Lau stated in a YouTube video that the phone will have an improved design and stronger performance. He also emphasized the importance of seamless folding and the joint efforts of OPPO and OnePlus teams to develop this smartphone.
In terms of configuration, OnePlus Open is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, supplemented by Adreno 740 GPU, built-in LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage space.
In terms of cameras, it is equipped with a 48-megapixel Sony LYT-T808 main camera, a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera, and a 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 20-megapixel main camera and a 32-megapixel secondary camera on the front. It is equipped with a 4,805mAh battery and supports 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
This phone is priced at 1,39,999 rupees on the market and uses 16GB/512GB storage. The lower price cap set by the company makes it one of the top choices for those who want to buy a foldable phone as it is cheaper than other flagship foldable phones in the market.
