This report follows on the heels of news that Xiaomi is retaining masterminds in China to develop extended- range electric vehicle( EREV) range extenders. According to the report, the entry- position model will use a 400V voltage platform and BYD Blade Battery, while the high- end model will use an 800V voltage platform and CATL Qilin Battery with a battery pack capacity of 101kWh.
On the other hand, the extended- range interpretation is anticipated to be equipped with a1.5 L or1.5 T range extender and a large battery.
