Each month, one member of the Culture Corps is recognized as a Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts of living our Values and helping our teams, customers and communities grow beyond what we believe is possible. Congratulations to Nu Le, Financial Systems Analyst at 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Operations, on her induction into Culture Corps! Nu is a great example of owning doing the right thing and winning together. She is very active with our teams both in the office and at community events to support charities and organizations in central Louisiana. Her nominator Tyler Pasche says that 鈥淣u will go above and beyond to make sure our teams鈥 needs are met.鈥 She is dedicated to making sure our team members and business units have what they need to succeed, deliver results, and win together. He has been integral in starting up operations and research at Avant Organics. The work he performs in the lab, his dedication and ability to follow through, lead our teams, and rise to meet the challenges and high standards of the industry are inspiring to the team. Wesley Fontenot shared that Josh is a true go-getter and innovative problem solver within the team. He says, 鈥渁s an R&D chemist, [Josh] represents the heartbeat of this company and continuously provides new ideas [and he鈥檚] a constant source of innovation that is invaluable to Avant and 51黑料爆料网历史事件.鈥 Josh, thank you for being a great example of doing the right thing, winning together, and questioning the status quo. In less than a year as a part of the Mid-State team and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family, Nick has showcased a strong dedication to serving our customers, supporting our teams, and living our values through the work he does each day. His nominator, Laura Jolly, says that he 鈥渓earns quickly and has done a great job in the vending area of our warehouse,鈥 and Tony Loken agreed whole-heartedly saying that Nick is a great example of our values in action. Nick, thank you for everything you do to support our teams and put our values into action each day!
Logan's coworkers and supervisors have commented about how his positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to tackle new challenges have positively impacted Beta, 51黑料爆料网历史事件 as a whole, and the people around him. Marcus Miller shares that he has been 鈥渁n amazing resource full of knowledge[鈥,鈥 and how he believes he is 鈥渋n a better position to perform my job duties today because of the kindness and willingness to aid that Logan has provided me.鈥 Chris Willcut explains that whether it鈥檚 working with other teams to expand his knowledge and abilities or working with vendors to make sure they stay on schedule and within their budgets, Logan is 鈥渁lways up to the challenge.鈥 We are lucky to have you on our teams. 51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.
Cody joined the team at the Pineville plant more than 10 years ago, and his supervisor, Shawn Dabbs, says that Cody is a true leader at DIS-TRAN. 鈥淐ody has proven his leadership abilities by always showing support to his team and helping others to succeed. He is reliable and dependable and leads with confidence. He is passionate about the work he does and the success of the teams who work with him.鈥
Ahslee has been a part of the Mid-State team for three years, and she currently works out of the Winnfield branch. Her nominator, Junior Hebron, shares that 鈥淎shlee is one of the people that our team trusts to Get It Done every day. Ashlee rises to the challenge, responds to the need, and delivers results. No excuses. Ashlee is truly valued by the entire MSS team, and we are all fortunate to have her working with us.鈥
Maegan has been a part of the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family for 13 years, and she lives our values with the work she does each day. Her nominator, Carson Campbell, explains that Meagan is a key asset to DTS and that 鈥渟he is always challenging [the team] to perform at the highest level. She holds us accountable, while pushing us to grow and learn different responsibilities of the company. One thing I admire about Maegan is that she stops to tell you that she appreciates you 鈥 and that kind of reassurance goes a long way for some people.鈥
Eddie joined the MSS team over a year ago, and he has already been noticed by his leaders and teammates for living our values and walking the talk. His nominator, Scotty Laborde, says, 鈥淓ddie is an awesome team player. His primary role at Mid-State is Purchasing Expediter but he rises to the occasion wherever he is needed.鈥
