He has been integral in starting up operations and research at Avant Organics. The work he performs in the lab, his dedication and ability to follow through, lead our teams, and rise to meet the challenges and high standards of the industry are inspiring to the team. In less than a year as a part of the Mid-State team and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family, Nick has showcased a strong dedication to serving our customers, supporting our teams, and living our values through the work he does each day. His nominator, Laura Jolly, says that he 鈥渓earns quickly and has done a great job in the vending area of our warehouse,鈥 and Tony Loken agreed whole-heartedly saying that Nick is a great example of our values in action. Logan's coworkers and supervisors have commented about how his positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to tackle new challenges have positively impacted Beta, 51黑料爆料网历史事件 as a whole, and the people around him. Kacie is the embodiment of rising to the challenge and shows true leadership by empowering and supporting her team at MG. She encourages them to communicate effectively, build skills, and expand their work experiences to grow and pull together as a team. When presented with new ideas or projects, she asks all of the right questions to understand why things are done the way they are and if they can be done better. She often presents new ideas or methods to perform tasks, improve efficiency, or solve a problem for the company. 51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Todd has been a part of the CNR team for over 16 years, and he has proven his dedication to the team and our values countless times! His team member said that Todd is 鈥渁lways reliable, hardworking, and not afraid to get his hands dirty or to find a better way of doing things.鈥

Before moving to his new position, Scotty was a Senior Estimator for the team where he supported Beta鈥檚 growing proposal requests and headcount. Last year, the Proposal group at Beta underwent substantial growth, and his then collogue, now supervisor Chris Lohman, shared that without Scotty's mentoring, the team wouldn鈥檛 be where they are today. 鈥淪cotty [took three new estimators] under his wing and has been a major part of their growth and learning.鈥
