Congratulations to Nu Le, Financial Systems Analyst at 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Operations, on her induction into Culture Corps! Nu is a great example of owning doing the right thing and winning together. She is very active with our teams both in the office and at community events to support charities and organizations in central Louisiana. He has been integral in starting up operations and research at Avant Organics. The work he performs in the lab, his dedication and ability to follow through, lead our teams, and rise to meet the challenges and high standards of the industry are inspiring to the team. Wesley Fontenot shared that Josh is a true go-getter and innovative problem solver within the team. In less than a year as a part of the Mid-State team and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family, Nick has showcased a strong dedication to serving our customers, supporting our teams, and living our values through the work he does each day. His nominator, Laura Jolly, says that he 鈥渓earns quickly and has done a great job in the vending area of our warehouse,鈥 and Tony Loken agreed whole-heartedly saying that Nick is a great example of our values in action. Logan's coworkers and supervisors have commented about how his positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to tackle new challenges have positively impacted Beta, 51黑料爆料网历史事件 as a whole, and the people around him. Kacie is the embodiment of rising to the challenge and shows true leadership by empowering and supporting her team at MG. She encourages them to communicate effectively, build skills, and expand their work experiences to grow and pull together as a team. When presented with new ideas or projects, she asks all of the right questions to understand why things are done the way they are and if they can be done better. She often presents new ideas or methods to perform tasks, improve efficiency, or solve a problem for the company. But even more importantly, she also makes everyone feel valued and part of the team and focuses on winning together and supporting the MG and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family wherever she can.

51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!

Our Culture Champion for the month of May 2022 is Chaz Cannova 鈥 Corporate Counsel at 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Operations. Chaz is an incredible example of integrity and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. He goes out of his way to help and support our teams - doing the hard or unpopular jobs when others are hesitant to step up to the plate. And he does it all with a great attitude and a fun spirit. For example, he is dressed up like the Easter Bunny at our Family Easter Egg Hunt. He was inside a hot costume on a hot day 鈥 all so that our little ones could have a special Easter. And he does so much more than this! Like the rest of our legal team, he rises to the daily complex and robust challenges they face while serving all 9 of our companies. Together they build that culture of honesty, accountability, and winning together.
Chip Cooper is our Director of Finance at 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Operations. Chip鈥檚 team member Richard Emberly nominated him because of his work to strengthen and continue to develop the culture in the Accounting & Finance group across our company. He leads the AF team to question the status quo at every opportunity and make sure that they're empowered to do the right thing and work together to build trust and success for all our business units.
