Each month, one member of the Culture Corps is recognized as a Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts of living our Values and helping our teams, customers and communities grow beyond what we believe is possible. These Culture Champions receive the 鈥淲alkie-Talkie Award鈥 for their commitment to walking the talk and living our our Values every day.

Each month, we recognize a member of the Culture Corps as Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts to help our teams, customers, and communities grow beyond what they believe is possible, and Josh embodies that within our team. He has been integral in starting up operations and research at Avant Organics. The work he performs in the lab, his dedication and ability to follow through, lead our teams, and rise to meet the challenges and high standards of the industry are inspiring to the team. Wesley Fontenot shared that Josh is a true go-getter and innovative problem solver within the team. He says, 鈥渁s an R&D chemist, [Josh] represents the heartbeat of this company and continuously provides new ideas [and he鈥檚] a constant source of innovation that is invaluable to Avant and 51黑料爆料网历史事件.鈥 Josh, thank you for being a great example of doing the right thing, winning together, and questioning the status quo. For so many of 51黑料爆料网历史事件鈥檚 team members, Nikki is the source of encouragement, information, and support from the time they applied, to their first day on the job, and beyond. She encourages them to communicate effectively, build skills, and expand their work experiences to grow and pull together as a team. When presented with new ideas or projects, she asks all of the right questions to understand why things are done the way they are and if they can be done better. She often presents new ideas or methods to perform tasks, improve efficiency, or solve a problem for the company. But even more importantly, she also makes everyone feel valued and part of the team and focuses on winning together and supporting the MG and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family wherever she can.

Our Culture Champion for the month of May 2022 is Chaz Cannova 鈥 Corporate Counsel at 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Operations. Chaz is an incredible example of integrity and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. He goes out of his way to help and support our teams - doing the hard or unpopular jobs when others are hesitant to step up to the plate. And he does it all with a great attitude and a fun spirit. For example, he is dressed up like the Easter Bunny at our Family Easter Egg Hunt. He was inside a hot costume on a hot day 鈥 all so that our little ones could have a special Easter. And he does so much more than this! Like the rest of our legal team, he rises to the daily complex and robust challenges they face while serving all 9 of our companies. Together they build that culture of honesty, accountability, and winning together.
