Cody joined the team at the Pineville plant more than 10 years ago, and his supervisor, Shawn Dabbs, says that Cody is a true leader at DIS-TRAN. 鈥淐ody has proven his leadership abilities by always showing support to his team and helping others to succeed. He is reliable and dependable and leads with confidence. He is passionate about the work he does and the success of the teams who work with him.鈥
Ahslee has been a part of the Mid-State team for three years, and she currently works out of the Winnfield branch. Her nominator, Junior Hebron, shares that 鈥淎shlee is one of the people that our team trusts to Get It Done every day. Ashlee rises to the challenge, responds to the need, and delivers results. No excuses. Ashlee is truly valued by the entire MSS team, and we are all fortunate to have her working with us.鈥
Richard has been on our team for 5 years, and more than 7 team members nominated him to the Culture Corps. "Richard has gone above and beyond in his support of our teams," says Gaylene Davis. "His work ethic is exemplary, and he takes on challenges with intense determination and without complaint. Although he has high demand on his time, he is always courteous, kind, and willing to help others. Richard is a good example to all of us. I appreciate and respect him more than he knows." Maegan has been a part of the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family for 13 years, and she lives our values with the work she does each day. Her nominator, Carson Campbell, explains that Meagan is a key asset to DTS and that 鈥渟he is always challenging [the team] to perform at the highest level. She holds us accountable, while pushing us to grow and learn different responsibilities of the company. One thing I admire about Maegan is that she stops to tell you that she appreciates you 鈥 and that kind of reassurance goes a long way for some people.鈥

Nikki is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 51黑料爆料网历史事件 and works directly with the DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations鈥 team to recruit and retain our most valuable asset, our people. Nikki brings incredible passion to our teams across 51黑料爆料网历史事件. For so many of 51黑料爆料网历史事件鈥檚 team members, Nikki is the source of encouragement, information, and support from the time they applied, to their first day on the job, and beyond. Her teammates say that she is a great example of 鈥渄oing the right thing,鈥 鈥渨inning together,鈥 鈥渜uestioning the status quo,鈥 and 鈥渞ising to the challenge.鈥 Nikki shows true leadership by empowering and supporting our teams across 51黑料爆料网历史事件 and goes out of her way to galvanize and celebrate her team.
Kacie is the embodiment of rising to the challenge and shows true leadership by empowering and supporting her team at MG. She encourages them to communicate effectively, build skills, and expand their work experiences to grow and pull together as a team. When presented with new ideas or projects, she asks all of the right questions to understand why things are done the way they are and if they can be done better. She often presents new ideas or methods to perform tasks, improve efficiency, or solve a problem for the company. But even more importantly, she also makes everyone feel valued and part of the team and focuses on winning together and supporting the MG and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family wherever she can.

However, it is Jimmy鈥檚 ability to lead through influence and live out our 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Values that help enable DIS-TRAN Steel to succeed on an unlimited scale. Jimmy鈥檚 competitive. 51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!

When it comes to Winning together and celebrating success, Cedrick is the guy for the job! Cedric always makes himself available to support and teach new hires when they join the team. He is dedicated to his work, doing the right thing, and leading by example. Cedric has also been one of the most active participants in our Culture Corps program. He鈥檚 eager to celebrate and recognize his teammates for the work they do and the way they 鈥渨alk the talk鈥 each day. Congratulations to Eric White, Production Supervisor for DIS-TRAN Steel Ohio. And both his nominator, Wendy Gintz, and supervisor, Alex Brouillette, share how Eric has stepped up in countless ways to ensure the company鈥檚 long-term vision comes to fruition. Industry and product knowledge are incredibly valuable in Steel鈥檚 manufacturing processes. Eric recognized the struggles DIS-TRAN Steel Ohio was going through without having someone on-site with the same level of experience we have in Pineville, so he made a huge investment and moved more than 900 miles to Washington Courthouse to help that team grow into the production facility DIS-TRAN Steel needs to be successful.
