The culture corps

The 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Culture Corps is a group of team members nominated and recognized by their peers as examples of our Values in action. Each month, one member of the Culture Corps is recognized as a Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts of living our Values and helping our teams, customers and communities grow beyond what we believe is possible. These Culture Champions receive the 鈥淲alkie-Talkie Award鈥 for their commitment to walking the talk and living our our Values every day.

Congratulations to Jacob Steelman, Substation Engineer at Beta Engineering. Jacob was nominated by his teammate, Kim Long, for always bringing an attitude of winning together to his team. He always goes above and beyond to ensure his teammates are taken care of and stay safe on the job and in the workplace. He passionately lives out both Beta and 51黑料爆料网历史事件鈥檚 purpose and values, and we鈥檙e so lucky to have him on our teams.

These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!

Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.

During her 36-year tenure at 51黑料爆料网历史事件, Lisa鈥檚 left made an incredible impact. Her teammates describe her as reliable, hardworking, and always on top of her game. Lisa also has a great can-do attitude and takes an incredible level of ownership and pride in her work.

Brian has been with the MSS and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family for years, and during his time with the company, he鈥檚 left an impact on our teams and our customers. His nominator, Trevor Hickman from MSS, says that since his first day with the team, no matter how many questions he asks, 鈥淏rian has always taken the time to explain or show me. He knows the warehouse top to bottom, front to back. It鈥檚 only been a short time I鈥檝e worked with him, but I know for years to come I will be grateful to have him as my warehouse lead.鈥 Brian, thank you for everything you do to support our teams and put our values in action!

Jimmy is a part of the Optimal team in Geismar, and a key leader in the Turnaround Services Division. Jimmy鈥檚 nominator, Justin Beeson, says that 鈥淸Jimmy] goes above and beyond to make sure his people are striving to be their best.鈥 He rises to the challenges the team faces and does everything he can to be sure they hit the mark we promise to our clients. He always takes the time to thank his people for their good work and gives positive criticism when he sees room for improvement or knows the team can do better.
