Congratulations to Jacob Steelman, Substation Engineer at Beta Engineering. Jacob was nominated by his teammate, Kim Long, for always bringing an attitude of winning together to his team. He always goes above and beyond to ensure his teammates are taken care of and stay safe on the job and in the workplace. 51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.

During her 36-year tenure at 51黑料爆料网历史事件, Lisa鈥檚 left made an incredible impact. Her teammates describe her as reliable, hardworking, and always on top of her game. Lisa also has a great can-do attitude and takes an incredible level of ownership and pride in her work.
Brian has been with the MSS and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family for years, and during his time with the company, he鈥檚 left an impact on our teams and our customers. His nominator, Trevor Hickman from MSS, says that since his first day with the team, no matter how many questions he asks, 鈥淏rian has always taken the time to explain or show me. He knows the warehouse top to bottom, front to back. It鈥檚 only been a short time I鈥檝e worked with him, but I know for years to come I will be grateful to have him as my warehouse lead.鈥 Brian, thank you for everything you do to support our teams and put our values in action!
Jimmy is a part of the Optimal team in Geismar, and a key leader in the Turnaround Services Division.
