Congratulations to Sherri Roy. Sherri is the Proposal Assistant at Beta and was nominated by her teammates to be inducted into 51黑料爆料网历史事件's Culture Corps for the month of April. Sherri is in a key position at Beta supporting the busy Beta proposals team and maintaining the filing, organization, contract creation, and administrative duties for the entire department. In line with both 51黑料爆料网历史事件 and Beta鈥檚 values, Sherri does it all with a positive and team-player attitude. She pursues that which challenges her and makes sure the entire team can win together and succeed on an unlimited scale.
Congratulations to Shannon Dauzat, Programmer/Analyst at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. Shannon was nominated by his supervisor for always bringing a can-do mentality to the team and rising to the challenges that come from handling Epicor. Shannon always keeps a good attitude and doesn鈥檛 shy away from the issues or struggles he encounters 鈥 rather, Shannon charges the storm. His teammates say that if it wasn鈥檛 for Shannon, the team would struggle to get everything done through the help of consultants 鈥 limiting DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations鈥 agility to quickly serve its customers and teams.

Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.
Logan's coworkers and supervisors have commented about how his positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to tackle new challenges have positively impacted Beta, 51黑料爆料网历史事件 as a whole, and the people around him. Marcus Miller shares that he has been 鈥渁n amazing resource full of knowledge[鈥,鈥 and how he believes he is 鈥渋n a better position to perform my job duties today because of the kindness and willingness to aid that Logan has provided me.鈥 Chris Willcut explains that whether it鈥檚 working with other teams to expand his knowledge and abilities or working with vendors to make sure they stay on schedule and within their budgets, Logan is 鈥渁lways up to the challenge.鈥 We are lucky to have you on our teams. Chris has been with the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family of Companies for more than 13 years, but he recently moved into the Proposals department at Beta Engineering in February of this year. Chris was nominated by his supervisor, Steve Ganey who spotlighted Chris for his dedication, leadership and industry knowledge. Steve shares that 鈥淭o do a good job on a task is great and needed, but to do it consistently is something that we all should strive for, and we see this from Chris on a daily basis - both as a team member and as a leader. We at Beta and in the Proposal Department greatly benefit from his leadership skills and strong knowledge of our industry.鈥 Chris has been a great addition to the Proposal Group at Beta and has helped in their continuous improvement process to continue to boost both Beta and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 as a whole. Chandra has been a part of Optimal and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 for almost 2 years, and she has made a great impact on the OFS crew in Geismar since joining the team there. Her nominator, Darnell Gremillion, Purchasing Agent at Optimal, shares that 鈥淐handra deserves a huge shout out for all she does for the team. Cory has been a key part of the E&D team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations for more than 3 years. Cory鈥檚 coworkers, supervisor, and DTPS leaders agree that his perseverance and dedication are an incredible asset to the DTPS team, especially over the last few months. They share how his tenacity and ability to get things done with a high level of team spirit are helping to lead the team in the right direction.
