Justin is a Factory-Built Substation Technician at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations鈥 Project Support Services Center. He is a great example of both 51黑料爆料网历史事件 and DIS-TRAN鈥檚 culture and values. During her 36-year tenure at 51黑料爆料网历史事件, Lisa鈥檚 left made an incredible impact. Her teammates describe her as reliable, hardworking, and always on top of her game. Lisa also has a great can-do attitude and takes an incredible level of ownership and pride in her work.
51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.

s Help Desk Manager, Curtis is integral to our company and has key support for all of our team members. He truly lives our values each day by rising to the challenges he and our team members face, thinking outside the box, and leading our IT Help Desk to solve the problems others shy away from. He has stepped up to the plate during times of transition, policy change, and process implementation. His teammate and nominator, Daylon Bozeman, shared that 鈥淐urtis is an exemplary person to work alongside. He is constantly providing valuable input regarding decisions about our infrastructure and how we can better support all of the business units. His work ethic is unparalleled. While taking on new roles, Curtis is also pursuing additional certifications to allow him to progress.
