s Help Desk Manager, Curtis is integral to our company and has key support for all of our team members. He truly lives our values each day by rising to the challenges he and our team members face, thinking outside the box, and leading our IT Help Desk to solve the problems others shy away from. He has stepped up to the plate during times of transition, policy change, and process implementation. His teammate and nominator, Daylon Bozeman, shared that 鈥淐urtis is an exemplary person to work alongside. He is constantly providing valuable input regarding decisions about our infrastructure and how we can better support all of the business units. His work ethic is unparalleled. While taking on new roles, Curtis is also pursuing additional certifications to allow him to progress. For August, our Culture Champion is Herman Norris, Warehouse Leader at Mid-State Supply. Chandra has been a part of Optimal and 51黑料爆料网历史事件 for almost 2 years, and she has made a great impact on the OFS crew in Geismar since joining the team there. 51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.
Trey joined our team in February of 2020 鈥 just a few short weeks before we began to feel the full impact and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past two years his teammates have noticed his dedication despite that uncertainty, and they鈥檝e recognized his eye for continuous improvement. His nominator, Jemelle Sanders, says that Trey is always looking for a more efficient way and order of doing things. Congratulations to Stacey Hayes, Office Manager at Beta Engineering. Stacey has been a part of the Beta Engineering team for more than 25 years, and she has become a key example of what it means to live our values. Stacey was nominated by her coworker, Kim Long, and Kim was passionate about celebrating how Stacey has empowered her and other team members to grow and be the best they can be. She never lets the stress of the job interfere with her heart for our teams and makes sure we all have all we need to succeed. Congratulations to Sean Jones. Sean is the Training Supervisor at DIS-TRAN Steel, and he鈥檚 been an integral part of the team for over 20 years. Sean has left an impact on our teams and communities in central Louisiana and across the country.
